Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and analyze product samples to ensure quality and compliance with product specifications.
  • •Perform and interpret plant operational tests including vapor pressure, specific gravity, corrosion, sulfur, composition, moisture content, lean oil testing, chromatographic analyses, dew points, and amine testing.
  • •Maintain, repair, and calibrate laboratory and process equipment and ensure supplies and tools are available.
  • •Compile, verify, and prepare test data results, recommendations, testing schedules, and testing procedures; draft letters and memos as needed.
  • •Ensure proper maintenance and regulatory compliance for sample collection cylinders.

Salary: USD 67,000 - 101,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience collecting samples and conducting tests related to gas processing.
  • •Experience using, maintaining, and repairing lab/process tools and equipment (e.g., chromatograph, pH meter, centrifuge, vapor pressure/distillation equipment).
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and prepare written information such as test data results and recommendations.
  • •Ability to interpret process documentation (e.g., PFDs and PIDs) and understand industry standards (including GPA Analytical Data).
  • •Knowledge of gas processing/NGL testing, analyses, and regulations, plus safety practices related to high-pressure products and hazardous materials.
