Job Summary

Maintain clients’ IT infrastructure by proactively monitoring, investigating, and resolving incidents and problems across cross-technology environments. Manage work queues and ticket SLAs, update and audit incident/request tickets, and help prevent escalations through early issue logging and analysis. Execute controlled changes with risk mitigation, support change management documentation, collaborate with L1 engineers and other teams, handle escalations, and assist with disaster recovery activities and testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore services.
•Manage work queues and handle incidents/requests within agreed SLAs while updating tickets with actions taken.
•Identify, analyze, and log issues before they escalate; collaborate with teams and clients for effective second-level support.
•Execute changes with risk mitigation, contribute to change management documentation, and recommend improvements.
•Handle client escalations professionally and assist with disaster recovery functions and tests when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles supporting cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Ability to plan activities and projects while adapting to changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
