Construction Project Manager- Government Facilities

Lead the planning and execution of real estate government facility construction projects, managing multiple efforts valued from $50K to $2M. Ensure project authorization and funding are in place, secure jurisdictional approvals, and drive cost control, schedule management, and quality through pre-construction to close-out. Partner with architects and engineers, coordinate contractor and consultant selection, maintain project records and reporting, and provide day-to-day leadership to delivery teams.
