Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, triage, respond to, and document new and existing vulnerabilities in open source software.
  • •Analyze, fix, and test vulnerabilities in open source packages.
  • •Track vulnerabilities across the Ubuntu ecosystem using internal tools as issues are discovered and resolved.
  • •Collaborate with other Ubuntu teams and upstream developers to exchange/develop patches and strengthen security features.
  • •Audit source code for vulnerabilities and build security features and tools to improve product security.

Key Requirements
