Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster and sustain C-level relationships with Workday’s most strategic clients, understanding their strategic vision and building trust.
  • •Serve as the primary advocate for customer needs, proactively identifying challenges and driving customer success.
  • •Develop and implement multi-year account/opportunity strategy, including a customer-validated engagement roadmap and annual plan.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Services, Product, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

  • •Demonstrated ability to balance customer success with revenue and profitability targets while coordinating a matrixed team.
