Document Agent (Manheim)

Process and verify vehicle title and supporting documents in accordance with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate title information in internal systems, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and prepare documents for scanning, barcoded storage, and secure vault filing. Coordinate shipping and release of vehicle titles to clients while auditing title inventory accuracy and ensuring complete, compliant record retention. This onsite role operates in a production, deadline-driven environment.
