Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service to field, manufacturing, and internal customers daily.
  • •Work with the team to continually develop business processes and system enhancements.
  • •Identify application problems and provide timely resolutions.
  • •Provide training and support to end users for Trane North America; update user training and process documentation.
  • •Lead user acceptance testing and support the application deployment process, including developing tools to monitor and measure processes and performing ad hoc project work on systems/processes.

Key Requirements
