Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Finance Product Management for the Hydra platform and finance data hub used for enterprise backend reporting.
  • •Collaborate with tech teams to define acceptance criteria, identify research needs, and help design future features.
  • •Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward lowest-effort/MVP feature testing.
  • •Use data and hypothesis-driven assessment to ensure product/feature delivery meets real business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
  • •1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • •1+ years working on core product platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
