  • •Update and maintain carrier database details for dedicated volume events, including onboarding orientation calls for newly onboarded carriers.
  • •Remediate issues and manage escalations in a timely manner, including leading reviews and conversations for lane/contract terminations and maintaining termination records.
  • •Negotiate carrier rates to secure competitive pricing while aligning with established market rate baselines for assigned lanes.
  • •Provide weekly regional overviews of wins, opportunities, and threats; drive savings opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and systems enhancements.
