Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and govern financial, operational, and service delivery KPIs, including dashboards, targets, and reporting aligned to global standards and SLAs.
  • •Provide senior oversight of project financial execution: revenue recognition, cost control, reserves/contingencies, WIP, unbilled costs, billings in excess of earnings, and receivables to improve cash flow, margin, and predictability.
  • •Ensure compliance and governance for complex accounting judgments, including adherence to IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and internal control requirements.
  • •Lead a large, geographically distributed organization to ensure scalable, resilient, high-quality service delivery and consistent execution of global processes and controls.
  • •Drive finance transformation initiatives (process standardization, automation, digital enablement) and talent leadership including recruitment, succession planning, retention, and leadership development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience with senior leadership responsibility in complex, multinational organizations, ideally in project-based services.
  • •Deep expertise in Project Accounting and financial performance management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / IAS 11 / ASC 606), U.S. GAAP, and SOX controls.
  • •Experience with large ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Blackline, or similar).
