Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation and oversight of the Project Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.
  • •Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, applicable legislation/regulations, and client standards.
  • •Monitor and report key HSE indicators (including LTIFR, HIPO, TRIR, near misses) and provide performance reports, trends, risks, and recommendations.
  • •Lead site HSE inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety initiatives, including contractor HSE plan/procedure/method statement reviews.
  • •Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, ensure corrective/preventive actions, and oversee hazard identification, permit-to-work, and high-risk activity controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma.
  • •Strong HSE management experience on major construction or industrial projects.
  • •Experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, EPC, PMC, or similar environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation, international HSE standards, and risk assessments/permit-to-work systems.
