Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and support strategic capture management efforts within the North American Alternative Delivery market in partnership with Global and Regional business lines.
  • •Develop and maintain business relationships by identifying client needs and advancing growth and profitability.
  • •Serve as consultative sales process leader for major strategic pursuits, contributing strategy and sales best practices.
  • •Partner with Client Account Managers, Marketing, and Capture Managers to close new business and contribute to commercial proposals.
  • •Coordinate business growth plans, Go/No Go capture planning, and legal/commercial interfaces to support pursuit execution and opportunity pipeline development.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 12+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent), including 4 years of leadership.
  • •Proven track record of sales production and winning major enterprise-level pursuits.
  • •Consultative sales experience driving integrated multidiscipline teams with Major and/or Global clients, including client discovery and development of value propositions.
  • •Experience demonstrating business development strategy, sales production metrics, and team leadership.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent experience working in a contracting environment.
