Key Responsibilities

  • •Own planning and execution of Binance Earn’s TradFi product line, covering ETFs, mutual funds, and equities/stocks.
  • •Manage the full product lifecycle for TradFi offerings, from research and requirement analysis through PRD, design, launch, and continuous iteration.
  • •Research traditional finance trends and user needs to deliver cross-market wealth management experiences bridging TradFi and the crypto platform.
  • •Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure regional regulatory fit and feasibility for local launches.
  • •Lead structured options product design and operations, partnering with Quant and Market Maker teams to define payoff structures, parameters, and optimize pricing and launch strategy.

  • •3–5+ years of product management experience in financial products.
  • •Hands-on TradFi experience in one or more of: ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.
  • •Practical knowledge of structured products and options payoff structures (e.g., dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin).
  • •Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation/PRD to launch and post-launch iteration, preferably in an agile framework.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support, with analytical, data-driven decision-making using product metrics.
