Job Summary

Lead an integrated NextGen ministry at a Menlo Church campus, partnering with parents, volunteers, and staff to launch kids and students into a lifelong faith. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coordinate, and develop volunteers and teams for Kids and Students programs at the campus
•Collaborate with campus staff and Central NextGen team to plan and execute worship, groups, and events for families
•Provide pastoral care and resources to families as they raise kids and students in faith
•Ensure safety and healthy boundaries in line with Menlo’s child safety policies and volunteer screening
•Support the onboarding and development of volunteers through 1:1 or group coaching and feedback

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Theology, Ministry, Education, or related field
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in NextGen, Family Ministry, Children’s or Student Ministry, or related pastoral role
•Strong theological grounding and ability to effectively communicate the gospel; high relational intelligence; skilled at building trust, mentoring, and shepherding others
•Strategic thinker with proven ability to plan, organize, and implement ministry initiatives
•Excellent leadership and team-building skills; experience cultivating healthy, high-capacity volunteer teams
