Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Ability to use laptops and tablets comfortably to create, assign, and monitor work orders and maintain electronic documentation.
  • •High school diploma (trade school certificate preferred) and experience in field service/maintenance/repair (preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
