Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive project management and coordination cross-functionally with Repair Operations teams, external partners, and engineering groups to resolve complex repair issues.
  • •Manage the end-to-end repair lifecycle for Ciena products.
  • •Partner with Ciena Engineering to advance repair enablement, FPE preparation, and continuous process improvements in Repairs Operations.
  • •Lead MRB reduction initiatives that enable cost reduction opportunities and reduce lead times.
  • •Define, manage, and report on key operational metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial), Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years of experience in product, manufacturing, or process engineering within high-tech, telecom, networking, or complex electronics environments.
  • •Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving operational improvements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive complex engineering projects from concept to execution.
  • •Strong understanding of repair processes, logistics, and quality control methodologies.
