Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day CM relationships across Oura's contract manufacturing base and serve as the primary commercial point of contact for active programs.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, MVA structures, NRE, tooling, scrap and rework liability, and capacity commitments.
  • •Lead RFP and competitive bid processes for EMS/CM awards, defining sourcing strategies and evaluating proposals.
  • •Lead commercial contracting in partnership with Legal for long-term supply and manufacturing agreements, shaping terms and risk allocation.
  • •Own post-award contract governance across CM partners, tracking compliance and driving cross-functional follow-through.
