Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor robotics and automated packaging equipment.
  • •Operate robots and packaging equipment (including Fallas machines, Schubert systems, Pearson equipment, tumbler, overwrap, and palletizers).
  • •Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage as production schedules require.
  • •Monitor equipment performance, make operational adjustments, and complete production/operational paperwork.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; support preventive maintenance and follow food safety/GMP and safety procedures.
