Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team, building a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for maximum autonomy and clear career ladders, ensuring effective succession planning.
•Partner with Product Management to ensure engineering pods are empowered, cross-functional, and focused on customer outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad-tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and optimize infrastructure costs.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (DORA/SPACE), drive AI-augmented development tools adoption, and quantify improvements in cycle times, deployment frequency, and delivery velocity.

•At least 5+ years of experience managing engineering managers and remote, globally distributed teams.

•Hands-on experience with engineering metrics (e.g., DORA) and a pragmatic approach to improving delivery velocity and code quality.
•Experience integrating AI into development processes and tooling to reduce developer toil and improve productivity.
