Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships with new clients and strengthen the existing database.
•Manage client expectations and reflect Prada’s brand DNA in all interactions.
•Support store operations including back of house, stock, visual merchandising (VM), and reporting to ensure timely execution.
•Upskill yourself on product and brand knowledge and help train your team to represent the brand effectively.
•Leverage prior luxury retail experience to drive sales and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Key Requirements

•Previous sales experience in retail, preferably high end or luxury.
•Client-centric with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with all clients.
•Willingness to work a Full Time, 38-hour per week rotating roster across early morning to late evening hours (6am-9pm, 7 days a week).
•Proactive in upselling and developing product and brand knowledge to train and develop the team.
