Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the frontend platform architecture, including module boundaries, micro-frontend patterns, design-system infrastructure, and state management strategy.
  • •Diagnose and fix systemic frontend performance issues, establishing performance budgets and guardrails that scale across teams.
  • •Build and maintain build systems, local dev environments, CI/CD pipelines, linting/codegen, and internal tooling that other engineers rely on.
  • •Continuously identify workflow bottlenecks and build AI-agent-driven automation to remove them, iterating to the next bottleneck.
  • •Provide technical leadership by setting standards, mentoring senior/staff-track engineers, and reviewing architecture proposals for shared frontend infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Real-world software engineering experience operating at Staff level or equivalent scope/impact.
  • •Deep expertise in modern frontend architecture (React or equivalent component frameworks) with strong infrastructure/systems instincts.
  • •Proven experience improving frontend application performance at scale (bundle size, rendering, load-time metrics).
  • •Experience designing and shipping internal developer tooling or platform infrastructure that measurably improved developer velocity.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI-agent-driven or LLM-powered engineering workflows (agentic coding tools, autonomous pipelines, AI-assisted codegen/migration).
