Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own event delivery on the ground from set-up through breakdown, including venue preparation and ensuring readiness for guests.
  • •Coordinate event staff, suppliers, venues, and contractors, and respond quickly and calmly to issues during events.
  • •Brief and manage front-of-house, bar, and support staff; coordinate rotas, breaks, and responsibilities; manage agency/temporary staff on-site when needed.
  • •Oversee front-of-house and hospitality/bar operations as required, monitor guest flow, handle complaints professionally, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.
  • •Complete opening/closing and event checklists, conduct basic safety checks, escalate and document incidents, and provide pre/during/post-event updates and post-event reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience managing or coordinating live events, hospitality operations, bars, venues, or visitor experiences.
  • •A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed on-site.
  • •Confidently manage people and take responsibility for event delivery on the ground.
  • •Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
