Key Responsibilities

  • •Read pick labels to determine catalog numbers and quantities, then retrieve product from bins.
  • •Repack merchandise, zone products, and perform putaways and shuttles as needed.
  • •Build pallets according to specified patterns and place product on conveyors to wrapping areas.
  • •Use finger scanner/RDT to obtain and execute directed orders carefully and accurately.
  • •Complete housekeeping and support shipping for small package orders (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and other assigned tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Broad knowledge of distribution center functions and procedures and general knowledge of distribution center layout.
  • •Operate powered equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., Dock stocker, Cherry Picker) and be able to work on a forklift for the entire shift.
  • •Follow finger scanner/RDT directed jobs while working alone and meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • •Be familiar with product handling by catalog number and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • •Lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly and maintain above average attendance and response to overtime requests.
