Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for partner needs and resolve issues across clinical, operational, and administrative areas.
•Drive provider adoption and utilization by increasing engagement, referral volume, and appropriate use of Collaborative Care services.
•Analyze performance data to identify adoption gaps and deploy targeted interventions such as training, workflow optimization, and outreach.
•Own account performance across clinical, operational, and financial outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.
•Build and maintain executive relationships, lead business reviews, and translate partner goals into success plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA degree or five years of position-related experience (MBA is a plus).
•Healthcare experience is required.

•Experience using Salesforce or Gainsight (or comparable tools) and intermediate proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office.
