Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile GL balance sheet accounts per reconciliation schedules.
  • •Perform tasks in the accounting closing process and support monthly financial reporting.
  • •Prepare and post manual journal entries and monthly/quarterly accruals.
  • •Follow US GAAP accounting policies and ensure accurate Shared Services customer responses.
  • •Collaborate on process improvements and support internal/external audit deliverables while participating in financial statement reporting and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in general accounting.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of accruals, prepaids, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end processes.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English communication (B2 or higher).
  • •Experience with ERP/reporting tools such as Oracle (preferred), SAP, and Hyperion (HFM preferred), plus Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
