Area Manager (Financial Services)

Lead direct and indirect business operations teams across a defined region (Cairo, Upper Egypt, Delta). Plan workloads, assign and develop staff, and set performance goals for business operations and sales across accounts and products. Monitor account plan deadlines and market performance through site visits, while coordinating execution of new financial services across network, IT, marketing, and sales. Track day-to-day performance and report achievements to your manager.
