•Lead development of customer-specific implementation proposals, SOWs, and staffing plans, coordinating with other domain experts to reach consensus on feasible offerings
•Collaborate with account and services sales teams to own pre-sales activities such as scoping, solutioning, SOW creation, and staffing for projects
•Provide subject-matter expertise to the professional services team to ensure project success
•Oversee the engagement lifecycle, acting as a point of escalation for both the customer team and Salesforce delivery teams when needed
•Manage multiple strategic customers simultaneously, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and executive-level communication

Key Requirements

•6+ years of consulting services delivery experience, including team leadership and active involvement in professional services sales
•3+ years of pre-sales and large-scale, complex implementation project direction and scoping
•3+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience
•demonstrated ability to contribute technically or functionally and work with architects or domain experts on pre-sales
•excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level engagement experience
