Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth operations and operational continuity for the Packaging department from product receipt to finished pallets.
  • •Lead and develop the Packaging team, building skills, accountability, engagement, and ways of working aligned with business priorities.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, hygiene, quality requirements, and internal/Group standards.
  • •Deliver agreed production plans and meet quality, cost, and service level requirements.
  • •Monitor and improve departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities using Lean TPM, GEMBA Kaizen, SMED, 5S, and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10+ years of experience in industrial packaging production environments, including managing packaging lines and production plans.
  • •Strong expertise managing production processes and operating standards, with proven ability to drive departmental performance.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory, environmental, safety, food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements for a production environment.
  • •Experience leading teams and coordinating operational, project-based, and change-related activities.
  • •Familiarity with budgeting and improvement projects, including CAPEX initiatives and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean TPM, problem solving, KPIs, GEMBA Kaizen, SMED, 5S).
