Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement maintenance strategies for automated systems, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLC-controlled machines, robotics, and integrated production equipment.
  • •Drive reliability improvements by analyzing downtime, MTBF, and MTTR, identifying failure modes in electrical, control, and mechatronic systems, and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Lead structured root cause analysis (RCA, A3, 5 Whys) for automation, control, and system integration issues to eliminate recurring failures.
  • •Own performance of control and automation systems (PLC-controlled equipment, robotic systems, HMI/industrial control systems) and optimize maintenance plans, standards, and lifecycle management.
  • •Support commissioning and industrialization, standardize maintenance processes and documentation, and provide technical leadership for complex electrical/automation/control troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation.
  • •Knowledge of Cam-controlled machines (e.g., Bihler, Wafios, Finzer) and high-speed automatic assembly lines (e.g., Stiwa, PIA, Festo, Omron, B&R, DA Automation).
  • •Skills in CAD, SPS, and HMI systems, with understanding of circuit diagrams for electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; programming skills are advantageous.
  • •Ability to work shifts with quick comprehension, independent working style, strong communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.
