Job Summary

Support quality assurance for civil, structural, and architectural work on a large-scale data center project in Dubai. Implement the project quality management system, review drawings and quality documents, and conduct site inspections across earthworks, concrete, steel, finishes, façade, roads, and external works. Verify inspection requests, material approvals, and test reports, identify non-conformances, and support NCR issuance/closeout, corrective actions, QA reporting, and readiness for testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of the project quality management system for civil, structural, and architectural works.
•Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and project quality requirements.
•Conduct site inspections across earthworks, concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, façade works, roads, and external works, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and standards.
•Review and verify inspection requests, material approvals, test reports, quality records, and site documentation; identify non-conformances and support NCR issuance and closeout.
•Coordinate with contractors and project teams on quality issues, monitor corrective/preventive actions, maintain quality records and dashboards, and support testing and commissioning readiness.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of QA/QC or construction quality experience for civil, structural, architectural inspections on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
•Strong knowledge of CSA inspection processes, ITPs, method statements, material approvals, and quality documentation.
•Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, inspection requests, test reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
•Knowledge of relevant construction codes and standards, plus familiarity with document control/quality platforms (Aconex, Procore, BIM 360, Oracle Primavera Cloud).
