Own and evolve the Engineering University Program end-to-end, including internships, apprenticeships, and new graduate cohorts. Lead program planning and execution, deliver engaging participant experiences, and partner with University Recruiting to ensure a seamless journey from acceptance through completion. Collaborate across Engineering, People, and Learning & Development to align goals, measure impact, and continuously improve using feedback and program metrics. Manage communications, timelines, logistics, and participant support across multiple initiatives.

•Proven ability to create exceptional participant experiences by partnering across teams, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
•Passion for fostering diverse, inclusive, and equitable talent programs, with exceptional attention to detail.
