Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial renovation projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define project requirements; prepare scope, resource needs, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, and risk identification.
  • •Identify delivery resources from pre-qualified lists, conduct standard RFPs, perform bid analysis, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Track progress against goals, approved budgets, and timelines; report status/variances and craft action plans to meet objectives.
  • •Implement change management (assess change requests, secure approvals, and issue change orders) and lead constructability reviews and risk mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Interior workplace experience within a campus environment.
  • •Solid track record managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously, delivering under pressure.
  • •Ability to read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated real estate project documents (agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, drawings).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including MS Office and MS Project, plus tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
