Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure shift operational requirements are met safely and efficiently in accordance with safety and health policies.
  • •Oversee overall cargo handling efficiency by coordinating activities across staff groups to optimize labor and resources.
  • •Enable effective communications within the shift team and ensure systems/procedures support operational monitoring.
  • •Manage personnel, including hiring, training, discipline, and off-boarding, to meet company needs and requirements.
  • •Drive team performance management, continuous improvement, and execution of agreed and proposed initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of leadership experience in logistics or a similar field.
  • •A degree in business, logistics, or a similar field is preferred.

  • •Comprehensive understanding of ship loading operations, vessel construction, cargo stowage, cargo securing, and applicable regulations.
