Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the technical platform and infrastructure architecture strategy and roadmap aligned to business and IT objectives.
  • •Lead design and deployment of scalable, secure technology platforms and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
  • •Provide enterprise-level leadership through architects and engineering leaders across multiple teams, including expert guidance to stakeholders and partners.
  • •Establish governance and compliance processes for platform/infrastructure architecture, including policies, standards, reviews, audits, and alignment to regulatory/risk needs.
  • •Spearhead M&A technology due diligence and integration planning, executing integration of infrastructure and technology landscapes to drive synergy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 12+ years relevant technology experience including 5+ years management experience leading architecture/engineering/technology teams in large environments.
  • •Proven experience leading platform architecture and infrastructure modernization projects in large, complex environments, including managing a team of architects.
  • •Deep understanding of platform architecture and infrastructure design/engineering principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • •Experience with technical platforms such as APIM, messaging middleware, DevSecOps, observability, and developer/external experience platforms.
  • •Proficiency in multi-cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related platform services, plus experience with infrastructure technologies (networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services).
