Job Summary

Remove and mount proper tooling, monitor production machines, and make adjustments to control production rate and quality. Lead and support a qualified team, coordinate with molding to ensure equipment readiness, and perform daily production reviews against production goals. Drive safety, quality, and GMP compliance through coaching, process/equipment safety checks, and timely reporting of quality or procedural issues. Track and report EFF/MEF and support staffing and payroll activities.

•Maintain safety, quality, and GMP compliance by following procedures, conducting safety reviews, and reporting quality or procedural issues.
