Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously monitor and research classified cable traffic and other intelligence reporting to identify threats relevant to U.S. interests overseas.
  • •Assess intelligence against predefined threat criteria to determine whether it should be disseminated to operational stakeholders.
  • •Quickly generate and distribute short, templated threat notifications to overseas security personnel, domestic desk officers and analysts, and external agencies.
  • •Answer requests for information from Senior Watch Officers, office management, and partners while staying within mission requirements.
  • •Maintain classified and unclassified data logs and support cross-network operations between TS/SCI and Secret networks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of experience without a degree.
  • •Top Secret / SCI clearance eligibility to start.
  • •Prior experience monitoring, researching, and disseminating security and/or threat-related intelligence reporting, particularly in a U.S. government or Department of State context.
  • •Proficiency in databases and tools used to access and disseminate classified information.
  • •Ability to identify relevant intelligence and generate accurate, timely, concise synopses of reports.
