Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler and vehicle to ensure safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the role, including lifting/pushing/pulling items up to 50 lbs and driving with excellent visual acuity.
