Job Summary

Support the end-to-end migration of Finance and Payroll systems from Infor Lawson to Workday. Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation, collaborate with Finance/Payroll/IT teams to map processes to Workday capabilities, and work with implementation partners to design and configure solutions. Build test plans (unit, integration, UAT), support integrations with other enterprise applications, ensure data security and governance, and drive training and knowledge transfer while troubleshooting migration issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end migration of Lawson Finance/Payroll modules to Workday.
•Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation from Lawson to Workday.
•Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to map current processes to Workday capabilities.
•Design and configure Workday solutions with implementation partners and internal teams.
•Develop and execute test plans and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications, while ensuring data security, governance, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with Infor Lawson Finance and Payroll systems.
•3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and support experience.
•3+ years of experience with data conversion, ETL tools, and system integrations.
•Strong knowledge of Finance/Payroll business processes and system configurations.
•Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills.
