•Take an end-to-end role in product processes, from revision of existing products to new development stages, and proactively manage risks.
•Coordinate with relevant business units and third parties during product launches, managing approvals thoroughly.
•Manage the integration of products into sales platforms to ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
•Periodically analyze the return and growth performance of pension funds and other funds, tracking portfolio efficiency.
