Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily checks and startup/closing procedures for AVL systems for all rides and attractions.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain/improve audio, visual, and lighting functionality, safety, and appearance.
  • •Resolve downtime issues promptly and reduce downtime through preventive maintenance aligned with manufacturers’ requirements.
  • •Ensure rides and attractions are safe for colleagues and guests; report and communicate AVL safety issues to team leaders.
  • •Test, label, organize cables and products, assemble racks, install equipment, and complete preventive maintenance checklists by deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Communications or Computer Engineering, or technical training in a relevant vocational program.
  • •1+ years relevant experience maintaining AVL equipment in a theme park or hospitality environment.
  • •1+ years experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices and components.
  • •Clear understanding of written and spoken English and good speaking/hearing ability.
  • •Knowledge of audio/video/lighting systems, including areas such as projectors, QSC, Dante, show control systems, show lighting, media servers, and the ability to understand one-line drawings and schematics.
