Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver integrated SAP solutions for multiple ERP projects across Baker Hughes businesses in collaboration with program managers, functional owners, and SAP DevOps team members.
  • •Own end-to-end Plant Maintenance & Customer Services module solutions, including prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, documentation, and post–go-live support.
  • •Manage Plant Maintenance & Customer Services interfaces with external systems and cross-module integrations with other SAP modules.
  • •Ensure solution quality and drive SAP best-practice standards across the Baker Hughes SAP landscape for efficient, maintainable operations.
  • •Drive compliance (including Stat/SOX), monitor SAP technology developments for optimization in the ES SAP landscape, and support multi-year ERP vision/strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information technology (or related fields).
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in SAP ERP implementations, including 5 years in SAP PM and CS domain.
  • •Proficiency in maintaining and uploading repair master data (e.g., materials, equipment, functional locations, task lists, work centers, customers).
  • •Proficiency in intercompany processing via IDOC processing and handling field repair scenarios using resource-related billing.
  • •Experience with reactive and preventive maintenance processes, warranty management, maintenance plans, and material movements in equipment lifecycle management.
