Join the Client Solutions team to help strategic advertisers succeed on TikTok by identifying the best product solutions and driving adoption. Partner with Sales, Product, and Measurement teams to optimize complex auction ad campaigns, analyze performance data, and deliver consultative insights. Serve as the main point of contact for long-term client relationships, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering to troubleshoot campaign issues.

•Drive education on product, company updates, and best practices for clients and agencies.
•Manage and grow post-sale client relationships by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns and improving results.

•Share marketplace feedback to guide advertising strategy and product/go-to-market strategy.
•Support troubleshooting by partnering directly with product and engineering teams during campaigns.

Key Requirements
