Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with other architects to ensure all components meet objectives and performance goals, and communicate cross-area issues that may affect other areas.
  • •Demonstrate the ability to achieve data integrity, accuracy, security and quality through Data Mapping, Validation, Cleansing, Reconciliation and Test strategies.
  • •Provide migration strategy and plan; manage data migration delivery from source to target.
  • •Articulate problem statements and propose effective solutions and recommendations for management decisions.
  • •Provide progress updates and highlight risks and issues to key stakeholders and project/program managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder and above in Computer Science/ Engineering or related disciplines.
  • •Minimum 5 years of IT experience as a Technical lead OR Data Migration Lead.
  • •Good communication and written skills are essential.
  • •Must have worked on large scale data migration of policy admin system projects in Insurance domain.
  • •Must possess sound business knowledge on Life Insurance touching the areas of new business, policy servicing, Distribution management, Account Management, Claim management customer experience and able to comprehend business scenario.
