Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and on schedule while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver the truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
•Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials using specialized equipment; return equipment to designated areas.
•Maintain delivery paperwork (invoices and bills of lading) and perform routine service tasks like checking oil, water, gasoline, and air.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Must hold either a Class A CDL or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight operated.
•Must pass background and drug testing required by federal and/or state DOT regulations.

•Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
•Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds and complete work that includes sitting in a trailer cab for long periods.
