Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead card settlement & reconciliation workflows with oversight of daily and monthly control executions
  • •Oversee multiple priorities and meet deadlines while supporting balance sheet reconciliations and daily partner settlements
  • •Be a work leader to guide associates in completing workflows and align with company values
  • •Manage the third-party staffing vendor, including daily oversight, issue resolution, and deliverable completion
  • •Collaborate with partners on risk mitigation, process/product changes, process efficiency and automation initiatives, and provide ad hoc analysis and audit support as needed
