Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide sales administration and workflow coordination by coordinating daily work, managing documentation, and ensuring timely customer communication.
  • •Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by supporting evolving customer needs with tailored solutions.
  • •Maintain retail execution and merchandising by ensuring product displays are stocked and visually appealing and samples are replenished.
  • •Track and analyze daily/weekly sales performance and promotional effectiveness to inform planning and execution.
  • •Support account growth and issue resolution by managing key metrics, resolving customer complaints, and implementing store-level initiatives; travel in the territory to demonstrate products and strengthen product knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university, or equivalent education and experience (including currently enrolled students graduating by end of current school year).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and build relationships with teams and customers.
  • •Ability to manage sales accounts, resolve customer issues, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance metrics.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; local travel up to 80% and occasional overnight stays.
