Job Summary

Own people reporting and analytics by building and maintaining dashboards for retention, attrition, engagement, and related KPIs, and turn insights into recommendations. Partner with Talent to create a joined-up view of the employee lifecycle. Manage day-to-day Lattice operations, run performance review cycles, and iterate core people processes. Drive engagement via surveys, ensure HRIS data accuracy, and support HR administration, compliance, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

•Own people reporting and analytics, building dashboards for retention, attrition, engagement, and other KPIs and turning trends into actionable recommendations.
•Partner with the Talent team to combine hiring and pipeline data with people data for a single view of the employee lifecycle.
•Run day-to-day operations of Lattice, supporting performance review cycles and using the resulting data and feedback for continuous improvement.
•Take ownership of and iterate core people processes such as onboarding and payroll data integrity.
•Drive employee engagement through surveys, maintain HRIS data integrity, and manage HR administration, compliance, and benefits.

•Experience building a report, analysis, or dashboard from a dataset and drawing clear conclusions.
•Ability to keep a system or record accurate and up to date, with strong attention to detail.
•Experience gathering feedback (e.g., surveys or retros) and driving it into real decisions or change.
•Comfort working carefully with data and noticing when something looks wrong.
•Strong analytical and organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple items without close supervision.
