Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze operational data using Excel, SAP, Camstar, PLM, Sonova AI, Power BI, and other business systems to identify trends and insights.
  • •Maintain Operations dashboards and KPIs to support daily management and business decisions.
  • •Prepare executive-level reports and presentations covering operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Review departmental budgets and cost center performance, and support annual budget planning by consolidating forecasts and coordinating inputs.
  • •Coordinate meetings and action items, maintain audit-ready documentation, and track training records and certifications for QMS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
