Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct SAM case investigations, enhanced due diligence, and escalation activities for escalated triggers.
  • •Investigate cases generated through transaction monitoring systems and manual referrals, managing workload and aging to meet SLAs.
  • •Prepare and support SAR referrals by identifying suspicious activity and ensuring defensible, complete documentation for regulatory requests.
  • •Support BSA/AML policies, procedures, desktop procedures, and controls for the case function.
  • •Partner with Data Analytics and Technology Assurance to provide feedback on SAM rules and scenarios and support governed rule changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred.

  • •Working knowledge of Actimize, FCRM, and enterprise transaction monitoring systems.
