Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain consumer and basic business checking and savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and consumer credit cards.
  • •Perform Teller duties including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and accurate currency and coin counting.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions, including processing new consumer loan requests.
  • •Identify referral opportunities and document referrals and client activity in 360 View; stay current on regulatory changes and comply with applicable policies.
